- Explore the appropriate level of care. A clinical assessment helps determine which setting can meet your needs. Convenience alone does not determine the right program.
- Confirm the next step. Ask about appointment availability, preparation, the treatment schedule, and where to arrive before making arrangements.
Information to have ready
It may help to have your insurance card, a list of current medications, information about recent treatment, and questions about your schedule or transportation. If you do not have everything available, contact us to discuss what is needed.
Use the designated insurance form for insurance details. For an initial general message, a brief request for a conversation is enough.
