Care that begins with the person
Every person arrives with a different history, set of responsibilities, and reason for seeking help. Our approach starts with understanding those circumstances and considering the support that fits the person.
At Triad, individualized care means looking beyond the name of a substance or program. Physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and everyday life all matter to the conversation.
What guides our approach
- Compassion. People seeking treatment deserve to be heard and treated with dignity.
- Clinical guidance. Recommendations should reflect individual needs and an appropriate level of care.
- Clear communication. People and families need understandable information about their options and next steps.
- Connection. Recovery involves relationships, support, and life outside appointments.
Supporting recovery in the Triad region
Our outpatient treatment location is in Winston-Salem. We serve people from the surrounding Triad region who are exploring care for substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns.
Our programs offer different levels of support, including outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and day treatment. A conversation with admissions and a clinical assessment help clarify the appropriate starting point.
