Kayla Fenty is the Clinical Supervisor at Triad Recovery Center. She brings a wealth of knowledge, vast professional experience, and expertise to her role.
Kayla earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Binghamton University. Kayla earned her Masters in Social Work from Binghamton University. Kayla has obtained licensure as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed clinical addiction specialist (LCAS), clinical supervisor-intern( CCS-I) and Licensed clinical mental health counselor qualified Supervisor (LCMHC-QS) in the state of North Carolina. Kayla has more than 5 years of experience being a direct substance use disorder treatment provider. Her background includes work in inpatient treatment, outpatient and intensive outpatient care, giving her knowledge and expertise to navigate the complexities of treatment with care and compassion.
In her role, Kayla helps individuals and loved ones feel supported throughout their entire time with Triad Recovery. Kayla will also be working to support the team and ensure that the highest level of clinical care will be provided to individuals.
Kayla is a committed and passionate advocate for clients. When someone enters treatment at Triad, she sees it as her sole goal to make sure that they are receiving quality care and support from herself and her team.
Kayla’s clinical approach is eclectic, trauma informed and supportive. She pulls on a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) with trauma informed modalities to benefit her clients. Kayla’s approach to leadership is compassionate, supportive, and direct. She is focused on making the Triad experience healing and beneficial for all individuals with substance use disorder.
